Khalid (Ed) Akbari | Real Estate Sales, Investment, & Land Development | Ed has been serving the Washington DC, Greater Baltimore, & Annapolis Maryland areas as a licensed real estate professional for over two decades since he moved to the United States from Afghanistan with his wife & children. 

At first, Ed leveraged his passions for negotiation & real estate to serve the local Afghani immigrants he knew through friends & family.

But word quickly spread for his ability to "find the deal" & create unique angles that put his clients on top, & before long Ed was serving longtime Maryland residents & savvy investors alike.

Suddenly in 2006, Ed became paralyzed due an autoimmune disorder.

He transformed his lifestyle & made a full recovery, though he still has good & bad days.

Today, Ed is gratefully & deeply committed to helping his clients win.

Ed has been featured in numerous local real estate publications, award ceremonies, & has consulted for internationally-renowned real estate investors about local DMV markets.
